The Junior Engineer position is designed to provide hands-on experience in project design, documentation, and tender proposals while working closely with senior PT and structural leads.

Position: Junior Engineer

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a CGPA of 3.4 or above
• Fresh graduates with 0 years’ experience are welcome

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of structural design principles
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting standards

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of PT tender proposals
• Support detailed PT and structural design and documentation
• Prepare drawings, calculations, and supporting documents for projects
• Collaborate with PT and Structural Leads to ensure project deliverables are met
• Verify received data and check PT/RC rates for designed projects
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all tasks
• Represent the company professionally in interactions

Purpose of the Job:
To assist in the preparation of PT and structural designs, documentation, and tender proposals under the guidance of PT Leads and Structural Leads.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
