Position: Real Estate Sales Representative
Qualifications
- Real Estate Marketing and Real Estate Sales skills
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales or related field
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Compensation
- Salary: ETB 17,500 (for experienced candidates)
- Commission: 3%–4% on sales
