Position: Graduate Trainee – Accountant
This program is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in accounting and finance. Successful candidates will gain practical training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in financial operations within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry to update and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Support financial closing processes (month-end and year-end).
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Assist in generating financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide support to senior accountants on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Exit Exam: Must have passed.
- CGPA: Between 2.75 and 3.25 only.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Prior internship or entry-level accounting experience is an advantage.
