Alongside Dodai, Yazawa Spare Parts was established in March 2024 as Ethiopia’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs), supporting the EV ecosystem with premium service and reliability.
As part of its expansion, Dodai is looking for passionate and talented fresh graduates to join its dynamic team.
Position Details
Job Title: Junior Logistics Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Aptitude for math and computer proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport companies for smooth operations.
- Track and update order records in real-time.
- Maintain accurate logistics databases and systems.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly logistics performance reports.
- Align logistics activities with production and distribution schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Evaluate suppliers and support negotiations on pricing and delivery terms.
- Take on additional projects to build knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
