About Dodai Manufacturing Plc
Dodai Manufacturing Plc is a fast-growing organization launched in Addis Ababa on August 1, 2023, with a mission to make electric mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through innovative e-mobility products and services.
The company is actively contributing to the growth of Ethiopia’s electric vehicle ecosystem. Its affiliated initiative, Yazawa Spare Parts, is the first dedicated spare parts shop in Ethiopia for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs), established in March 2024.
Dodai is currently expanding its team and inviting qualified and motivated applicants to apply for the following positions.
Available Positions
1. Junior Administration Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills:
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Location: Addis Ababa – Global BS Station
2. Warehouse Admin Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 0–2 years experience in warehouse or logistics roles
- Internship or volunteer experience is acceptable
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems (ERP, WMS, or Excel-based tools)
- Computer literacy with MS Office (especially Excel)
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Senior Accountant
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience:
- 2–3 years relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing sector preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
- Financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Location: Addis Ababa
4. Site Acquisition Associate
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture & Urban Planning, or related field
Experience:
- 1–2 years in field-based roles such as real estate, site scouting, sales, or operations
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to travel across the city
- Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and Sheger City areas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Location: Addis Ababa (On-site)
5. Site Acquisition Supervisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 2–3 years experience in site acquisition, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment
Skills:
- Team management and coordination skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple site projects
