In partnership with Yazawa Spare Parts, Ethiopia’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs), established in March 2024, Dodai is supporting the growing EV ecosystem and ensuring a seamless ownership experience for its customers.

Position 1: Accounting Intern
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- No prior experience required (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance team with accounting activities and financial reports
- Assist with account reconciliations and bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
- Liaise with government offices as required
- Learn hands-on accounting systems and tools
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Marketing Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of proven marketing experience in a fast-paced industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing)
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation software
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build Dodai’s brand
- Manage digital campaigns and track performance metrics
- Create engaging content for online and offline platforms
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Graphic Designer
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design or video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and video production
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative visual assets for marketing campaigns
- Edit videos and produce multimedia content
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on branding projects
- Ensure design consistency across all communication platforms
