Dodai Manufacturing Plc is a fast-growing organization launched in Addis Ababa on August 01, 2023. The company’s mission is to make e-mobility accessible across Africa through innovative electric mobility products and services.
Dodai operates alongside Yazawa Spare Parts, Ethiopia’s first dedicated spare parts shop for Electric Mobility Vehicles (EMVs), established in March 2024 to support the growing EV ecosystem and ensure a seamless ownership experience.
The company is expanding its team and invites motivated and talented candidates to apply for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Administration Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong follow-up, organization, and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Position 2: Junior Multimedia / Graphics Designer
Location: Addis Ababa
Experience
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in graphic design, video production, or related fields
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Skills
- Strong design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics
- Proficiency in video editing and familiarity with camera equipment
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills (Lightroom or Photoshop)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn new trends and technologies
Position 3: Junior Accountant – Battery Swapping Service
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or closely related fields
- No prior experience required (Fresh graduates can apply)
- Experience in cashiering or financial operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer and financial system skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
