As part of its expansion, Dodai also operates Yazawa Spare Parts — Ethiopia’s first specialized spare parts shop dedicated to Electric Mobility Vehicles (EMVs), established in March 2024. Position: Local Logistics Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related field
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (especially Microsoft Excel and database systems)
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to arrange deliveries
- Track orders and maintain accurate logistics records and reports
- Update logistics systems and assist with preparing weekly and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with internal departments to align logistics with production and distribution schedules
- Support supplier evaluation, including reviewing pricing, delivery terms, and reliability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Participate in process improvement projects and contribute to operational efficiency
