Dodai Manufacturing PLC is a fast-growing Ethiopian e-mobility company launched in August 2023 with a bold mission to make electric transportation accessible across Africa. The company designs, assembles, and distributes electric mobility vehicles and components that promote sustainable, clean, and affordable transportation.
Dodai operates in partnership with Yazawa Spare Parts, Ethiopia’s first dedicated EMV (Electric Mobility Vehicle) spare parts supplier, established in March 2024. Together, they are driving innovation and shaping the future of electric mobility in Ethiopia and beyond.
Available Positions
1. Accounting Intern (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- No prior experience required
- Proficiency in mathematics and computer skills
- Strong communication, accuracy, and analytical abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and report preparation
- Support financial data entry and documentation
- Work with accounting software and prepare trial balances
- Handle confidential data responsibly and accurately
- Liaise with government offices as required
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Marketing Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in fast-paced industries
- Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing
- Experience using CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools
Skills Required:
- Excellent content creation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong design, layout, and photo editing skills
Skills Required:
- Ability to produce engaging visuals and videos under tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Creative thinking with an interest in new media and technology trends

4. Import Operations Intern
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluency in Amharic and English
- High attention to detail and teamwork
