Position 1: Junior People and Administration Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships welcome)
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain HR and administrative records
- Support compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate administrative support across departments
- Contribute to workplace organization and efficiency

Deadline: June 30, 2025
Position 2: Customer Engagement Intern
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- No prior experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility in task handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to simple customer queries (e.g. hours, product info)
- Escalate more complex concerns to senior staff
- Tag and manage support tickets in the system
- Follow up with clients post-resolution for satisfaction checks
- Assist with documentation such as FAQs and guides
- Provide assistance during peak support times
Location: Addis Ababa
