Digaf Micro Credit Provider is a technology-based microfinance institution focused on delivering affordable digital loan services to low- and medium-income individuals in Ethiopia. The institution works in partnership with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) to support financial inclusion through innovative digital finance solutions.
Position 1: Junior Credit Control Officer
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 0–1 year relevant experience in credit control or finance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Position 2: Junior IT Support Officer
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, computer systems, and network maintenance
- 1–3 years relevant experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure maintenance

Position 3: Agency Banking Officer
Qualifications
- 3–5 years relevant experience in agency banking or digital finance
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and banking operations

Qualifications
- 3–5 years relevant experience in IT security
