Position: Sales Employee / Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell digital loan products to new and existing clients
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Provide accurate details on products, services, and pricing
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare presentations and pitch to prospective clients
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitor strategies
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales or related field
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software preferred)
- Goal-driven mindset with high integrity and self-discipline
Working Conditions:
- Full-time role based in Adama
- Office-based with field visits to clients
- Attractive performance-based commissions and incentives
