About Digaf Micro Credit Provider
Digaf Micro Credit Provider is a technology-based microfinance institution focused on improving access to affordable digital financial services and loan products for low- and medium-income individuals.
The institution has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products and support financial inclusion through technology.
Position 1: Operation Officer
Location
Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in microfinance, digital lending, banking, sales operations, or performance management.
- Experience managing Loan Officers or field sales teams is an advantage.
Position 2: Credit Control Officer
Location
Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit control or finance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Position 3: Branch Loan Officer
Location
Hawassa
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in microfinance, banking, credit, lending, or financial services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of:
- Loan processing
- Credit assessment
- Customer relationship management
- Collection practices
Position 4: Corporate Loan Officer
Location
Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, financial services, sales, relationship management, or corporate lending.
- Experience in payroll lending, institutional lending, corporate relationship management, or business development is an advantage.
Position 5: Senior Information Security Officer
Location
Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT audit, network security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Information security principles
- Risk management
- Cybersecurity practices
