Educational Requirements

Experience

  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Good selling skills
  • Knowledge of telephone and order booking systems

Experience

    • Customer Contact Centre
    • Tele-sales environment within a service industry (preferred)
    • Customer relations environment

  • Maintain high customer service standards

Position 3: OFR Team Leader

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics or an equivalent field

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience

  • Sound knowledge of ocean freight and customs procedures
