Experience

- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Good selling skills
- Knowledge of telephone and order booking systems
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Good geographical knowledge
- Previous experience in a call center is an advantage

Position 2: Customer Service Tracing Advisor
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have:
- University Degree
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Customer Contact Centre
- Tele-sales environment within a service industry (preferred)
- Customer relations environment
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Provide professional track and trace services
- Resolve customer service issues efficiently
- Improve service recovery
- Minimize customer dissatisfaction
- Maintain high customer service standards

Position 3: OFR Team Leader
Educational Requirements

- Degree in Logistics or an equivalent field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience

- Sound knowledge of ocean freight and customs procedures

- Experience with CargoWise software
