Position: Customer Service Tracing Advisor
Role Purpose:
Provide quality and professional track‑and‑trace services to customers and the DHL network. The role focuses on resolving service problems, improving service recovery, and minimizing customer dissatisfaction while exceeding defined performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle track‑and‑trace inquiries from customers and internal networks
- Resolve service issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate updates on shipments and coordinate with operational teams
- Apply conflict resolution and negotiation skills to meet customer needs
- Contribute to improving service recovery processes and operational resilience
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Contact Centre or tele‑sales environment within a service industry (preferable)
- Experience in customer relations and service operations
kills and Capabilities
- Excellent telephone, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Conflict resolution expertise
- Technical skills in telephone and order booking systems (preferred)
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Mental alertness and assertiveness
- Geographical knowledge and previous call center experience are added advantages
