Position 1: Sales Person
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum completion of Grade 10 (Grade 12 completion is preferred)
- Previous experience as a:
- Waiter/Waitress
- Hospitality Attendant
- Office Assistant
- Customer Service Support Staff
is considered an advantage
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
Key Responsibilities
- Assist prospective clients and visitors
- Promote real estate products and services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Support sales and marketing activities

Position 2: Project Office Engineer
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Direct work experience as:
- Office Engineer
- Quantity Surveyor
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Real estate or construction industry experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review project documentation
- Monitor project progress and reporting
- Support quantity surveying and cost management activities
- Coordinate technical and administrative project tasks
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Position 3: Digital Marketer
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer
- Strong expertise in:
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Social media marketing
- Digital campaign management
- Ability to create engaging and high-quality content
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Similar design and marketing tools
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Create engaging social media content
- Manage paid advertising across multiple platforms
- Increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Support marketing and lead-generation initiatives
