KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s properties, building customer relationships, and supporting sales activities.
Key duties include:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Following up with clients promptly and sharing product updates.
- Guiding customers through the purchasing process and closing sales.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
- Preparing regular reports in accordance with company reporting procedures.
- Using social media and digital marketing to engage potential clients.
- Regularly publishing content on TikTok and other company-approved social media platforms.
- Keeping up to date with property information, sales techniques, and marketing trends.
- Ensuring that marketing materials comply with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and following company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with colleagues to promote properties and strengthen the company’s brand.
