Available Positions
1. Junior Customer Service & Cash Collection Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or cash collection roles, preferably in real estate
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Role Overview: Provide front-line customer service, manage payments and cash collection processes, and support client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
2. HR Coordinator
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles, preferably in real estate or construction
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Role Overview: Support HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
