Deluxe Properties is engaged in the real estate business and is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Sales Consultant.

Qualification Requirements
Education
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or other related fields of study
Experience
Minimum 2 years and above in a similar position
Real estate work experience is mandatory
Technical Competencies
- Strong patience and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Proficiency in real estate-related software applications
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
A Real Estate Sales Consultant (Property Consultant) assists clients throughout the buying and selling process of properties. The role involves negotiating the best deals for clients and facilitating smooth property transactions.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Contact potential clients to offer property consultancy services
- Prepare and present business proposals to secure consulting agreements
- Assess clients’ property needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify profitable investment areas
- Analyze housing market trends and identify potential properties
- Show commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers
- Advise clients on property value and suitability
- Develop strategies to increase the value of clients’ properties
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Regularly update and report sales status
- Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Convince customers to purchase apartments from the company
- Consistently meet revenue targets aligned with organizational goals
- Promote the company’s goodwill to prospective customers
- Ensure all daily activities comply with company manuals and procedures
