POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – MAKER
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, such as:
- Marketing Management
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Other equivalent fields
Experience and Eligibility Requirements
- Fresh graduates with zero years of work experience are eligible.
- Applicants must be 25 years old or younger.
- Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
- Only graduates from 2025 G.C. and 2026 G.C. are eligible.
- Successful applicants will be permanently assigned after completing six months of intensive training.

- Grade 8 certificate

Functional and Technical Competencies
Applicants should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Understanding of general banking products and financial services.
- Knowledge of banking accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic customer inquiries and instructions.
- Ability to advise customers and resolve routine issues and service requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of core banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Officer – Maker provides front-office customer service support at the branch. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling account maintenance activities.
- Processing payment and collection transactions.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling cash and non-cash transactions.
- Addressing customer requests and providing branch-level service support.
