POSITION 1: HR OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER
Location: Bonga, Ethiopia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian employment law and HR operations.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and HRIS.
- Proficiency in using CV databases, social media recruiting, and interview methods.
- Capability to manage employment branding and cost strategies.
- Data analysis and HR reporting skills.
- Solid project management ability.
POSITION 2: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – BMS OPERATOR
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Additional certifications are a strong advantage.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a related engineering role.
Technical Competencies:
- Solid knowledge in electrical systems and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) operation.
- Experience with modeling software and electrical diagnostic tools.
- IT proficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
