POSITION: Customer Service Officer – Maker
Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing Management
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Any other related business field
Experience
- No work experience required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must not be more than 25 years of age
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above
- Only graduates of 2024, 2025, and 2026 are eligible
- Candidates will be permanently assigned after successfully completing six (6) months of intensive training

Key Responsibilities
The Customer Service Officer – Maker is responsible for:

- Handling account opening and maintenance activities
- Processing payment and collection transactions
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Managing cash and non-cash transactions
- Delivering efficient and professional banking services
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at the branch level
