Position: Customer Service Officer – Maker/Checker
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Functional/Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of general financial products and services
- Knowledge of banking accounting procedures
- Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve most issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- Creativity and innovation
- Action-oriented with attention to quality and detail
- Professionalism and integrity in line with Dashen Bank values
