Position: Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Strong skills in:
- Communication, Sales & Marketing
- Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Market Knowledge & Research
- Networking & Client Relationship Management
- Problem-Solving & Time Management
- Digital & Tech Tools for Sales
- Financial & Analytical Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Build and maintain strong client, investor, and partner relationships
- Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, and competitors
- Present and promote properties via meetings, presentations, and digital platforms
- Negotiate agreements and close successful transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay informed on real estate regulations and new property developments
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals
