Available Positions
1. Junior Quality Control (QC)
Location: Sheger City – Furi Sub City
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Understanding of food safety standards and GMP
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
2. Biomass Boiler Operator
Location: Sheger City – Furi Sub City
Qualification & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
- Boiler operator certification (High-pressure or 2nd Class preferred)
Skills:
- Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in shifts and physically demanding environments
3. Senior Mechanical Technician
Location: Sheger City – Furi Sub City
Qualification & Experience:
- 5–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Technology or related field
Skills:
- Expertise in mechanical systems (gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics)
- Ability to use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
4. Electromechanical Engineer
Location: Sheger City – Furi Sub City
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or production environments
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
- Strong technical and analytical skills
5. Welder
Location: Sheger City – Furi Sub City
Qualification & Experience:
- TVET or related training
- Minimum 4 years of experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Experience using welding and cutting tools
