Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking detail-oriented and empathetic customer service representatives to manage customer inquiries. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Provide email support to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Offer product recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Assist senior customers with technical support
- Adapt to the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing startup
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in English (C level preferred)
- Experience in technical support and sales
- Familiarity with serving a senior customer base
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate and customer-focused attitude
Compensation and Benefits
