Position: Customer Service Professional
This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a passion for helping people travel the world. If you’re proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable engaging clients both in-person and online, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating basic social media content
- Visa consulting experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable appearing in TikTok live sessions
- Must be female
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Guide clients through visa options, applications, and flight bookings
- Supervise, support, and train customer service team members
- Handle complaints and escalate issues appropriately
- Organize client records and documents
- Manage appointments and coordinate schedules
- Appear on live TikTok sessions and support content creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and special projects
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: 20,000 ETB/month
