We are now hiring experienced professionals to strengthen our leadership team and drive efficiency across our production and plant operations.
Position 1: Production Manager
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–6 years’ experience, preferably in transformer manufacturing
- Proven track record in production or manufacturing management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations to meet customer and company objectives
- Develop and maintain production schedules for on-time delivery
- Monitor processes, implement safety and quality standards, and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and quality departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Supervise staff performance and ensure training needs are addressed
Work Environment:
- On-site or hybrid (depending on company structure)
- Occasional travel to suppliers or partner sites

Position 2: Plant Manager
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 7–10 years’ proven experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing operational costs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant operations, including safety, maintenance, production, and quality assurance
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and efficiency
- Manage resources, inventory, and budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Mentor plant staff and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Collaborate with leadership to align plant performance with corporate goals
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
Work Environment:
- On-site leadership role in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Occasional travel to corporate offices or other facilities
