Position 2: Senior Learning and Development Officer
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for assessing learning needs, coordinating learning programs, and ensuring the effective delivery of learning and development initiatives. The role involves managing learning logistics, tracking employee participation, supporting LMS administration, and evaluating learning outcomes. Additionally, the jobholder collaborates with trainers, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and ensures compliance with the bank’s learning policies to enhance employee development and organizational growth.

Position 3: Senior Talent Acquisition and Movement Officer
Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition and Movement Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to source, attract, recruit, and retain top talent to meet the bank’s staffing needs and strategic objectives. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, overseeing employee movements (such as transfers, promotions, and relocations), and ensuring alignment with HR needs. The Senior Officer collaborates with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to create efficient talent acquisition processes and ensure smooth internal mobility.

Position 4: Senior Employee Performance Management Officer

The officer ensures that the system is consistently applied across the bank, promotes employee growth, and contributes to achieving organizational objectives by fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Position 5: Senior Manager Customer Relationship Management
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the job is to establish an intermediary between the Bank and the customer, maintain strong and long-lasting relationships, and increase volume of deposits and loans, while fulfilling standards of service quality, prompt service delivery, and quality of loans.
The job holder is responsible for attracting, deepening and managing financial relationship to meet deposit and loans growth goals, achieve business growth for selling Corporate Banking Unit products, IFB products, marketing new IFB products MSMEs and SMEs products within assigned market segment, and by promoting and selling other products and services of the Bank to enhance value-add relationship with existing customers. This incorporates prospecting and acquiring new customers, and pursuing incremental business within the existing customers, as well as managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship.
Job Requirements:
Education: BA/MA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, and other related field of study.
Expereince: A minimum of 8 years of relevant Banking experience in the positions of Branch Manager, Customer Relationship Management, Operations Management, Business Operations and Credit Analyst, Manager Industry Appraisal, and related experience.

Position 6: Senior Manager Credit Analysis
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of processed loan applications, evaluating the financial position of applicants utilizing various credit analysis techniques to assess the viability and creditworthiness of their business. The primary task is to determine the suitability of granting a loan and provide recommendations on the loan amount and disbursement terms. It also plays a crucial role in appraising the financial standing of applicants and making informed decisions regarding loan approvals based on their creditworthiness and business stability.
Job Requirements:
Education: BA/MA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Management and other related field of study.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant Banking experience in the positions of Credit Analyst, Senior Credit Analyst, Investment and Financing Analyst, Credit Recovery Specialist, Branch Manager, Customer Relationship Management, Operations Management, and other related relevant experiences. Applicant with Credit exposure is preferable.

Position 7: Senior Manager Operations and Customer Experience
Job Summary:
The purpose of this job is to organize, coordinate, manage and control activities in the district and branch to ensure the delivery of service is prompt, accurate and efficient and that transactions are cost effective and profitable to the bank.
The job holder is responsible also to ensure the entire operation of the district is smoothly performed; from ensuring the attainment of district targets to overseeing everyone provides excellent customer service with operational integrity. Operations managers also ensure that the branch and district offices have all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order.
Job Requirements:
Education: BA/MA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, and other related field of study.
Expereince: A minimum of 8 years of relevant Banking experience in the positions of Branch Manager, Customer Relationship Management, Operations Management, Business Operations and related experience’s.
Place of work: Bahir Dar and Mekelle
