Position 1: Country Lead – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Education:
- BA degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and employer branding.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in talent development strategies (performance management, career growth, succession planning, learning initiatives).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational growth.
- Proven leadership and people management skills (mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical skills in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management and execution excellence.
- Innovative mindset to implement new HR technologies and best practices.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Business Analyst – Finance
Education & Experience:
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance systems management, preferably in fast-paced or complex industries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in revenue management and industry trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lead and coach teams to achieve financial results.
- Resilient, adaptable, and effective in dynamic environments.
- Project management and programming experience is advantageous.
