Position 1: Team Leader – Accounts Payable
Educational Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Key Purpose
Responsible for leading and managing the Accounts Payable (AP) team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. The role ensures compliance with internal controls, optimizes AP processes, and supports the Finance department in achieving efficiency and financial integrity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations.
- Provide team leadership and supervision to ensure accuracy and productivity.
- Maintain compliance and internal control standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Drive systems and process improvements within the AP function.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Country Lead P&C – Commercial & Support
Educational Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in both operational and corporate settings, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead business partnership, governance, and leadership initiatives.
- Accelerate talent development and workforce planning.
- Manage cost ownership and HR budgets effectively.
- Design and implement organizational structures for growth.
- Drive a high-performance culture and transformation strategies.
