East Africa Bottling S.C., the official bottler of Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia, is seeking passionate, qualified, and performance-driven professionals to fill multiple positions across Finance, Quality, and Compliance departments.
Available Positions
Position 1: Business Analyst – Finance
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or finance systems management
Additional Experience Requirements:
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Background in data management and process improvement
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to automate financial processes and implement digital finance solutions
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and forecasting
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Microbiologist
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc Degree in Applied Biology, Biology, or related fields
- Zero years of experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Key Duties:
- Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
- Monitor environmental and production conditions
- Support quality control and laboratory testing
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports
- Participate in continuous improvement and R&D initiatives
- Provide training and support to relevant teams
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Compliance Officer
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of auditing experience, preferably in manufacturing
- ACCA/CIA certification is highly advantageous
- Experience in Compliance, Internal Control, or Internal Audit
Key Duties:
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor closure of mitigation actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal policies
- Support control self-assessments and process reviews
- Perform compliance and audit checks and track action plans
- Promote a strong culture of ethics, governance, and accountability
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Financial Accountant
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting, payables, fixed asset management, and receivables
Key Duties:
- Manage financial accounting and reporting activities
- Oversee asset and capital management
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Support tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Strengthen governance, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure strong financial performance
