Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales
- Valid driver’s license
- Residence within the assigned territory and close to the Etihad gateway city
- Strong commercial and analytical background
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across various departments
- Strong customer service orientation and industry awareness
This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer relationship management, and aviation industry insight to represent Etihad Airways and support revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, implement, and execute sales activity plans to achieve assigned targets
- Analyze market potential and evaluate existing and prospective customers to drive sales opportunities
- Utilize data, insights, and sales toolkits to convert potential accounts into revenue
- Collect and review market and customer information to support regional business development
- Establish, grow, and maintain long-term business relationships with assigned and new accounts
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding new products, promotions, and services
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor to build strong, lasting relationships with major accounts
- Research and analyze competitors, market trends, and industry developments
- Collaborate with global sales enablement teams to identify and deploy effective promotional strategies
- Ensure timely communication of value propositions, new product offerings, and promotions to the market
