JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Data Collector
➠ Education : High school Diploma or equivalent at any Field.
Requirements
➠ Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people.
➠ Interest in learning and developing new skills.
➠ Willingness to work full-time, with flexibility for travel.
➠ Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
➠ Must be at least 18 years old.
➠ A clean and outwardly professional appearance.
➠ Smartphones required: models from 2020 to 2024, Android V13, 64MP camera, 12+GB ROM, and 6GB RAM.
Purpose of the role
Collecting data from retail customers to support our market research initiatives and conduct in-trade market assessments (RED audits) at each customer location.
The Data Collector is Responsible for:-
➠ Conducting surveys and interviews with retail customers.
➠ Engaging positively with customers to encourage participation.
➠ Utilizing technology (tablets, apps, etc.) to accurately record and manage data.
➠ Traveling to various locations, including rural areas, as needed.
➠ Maintaining a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
➠ Collaborating with the research team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Benefits
➠ Net Salary : 9,000.00(Nine thousand Birr Per Moth)
➠ Transport allowance based on performance:- 100+ Birr daily plus 100 Birr for meals
➠ 650 Birr daily allowance for work outside Addis Ababa
➠ Internet package will be provided
➠ Required : 75 (Seventy Five)
