Position: Area Sales Manager – Key Account
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of frontline sales experience in the FMCG business.
- For the Area Sales Manager – Key Account role, an additional 1–2 years of proven experience as a Key Accounts Representative is required.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Sector-specific sales experience is preferred.

- Thorough understanding of customer business drivers and ability to translate them into beverage growth opportunities.
- Strong store-level negotiation skills and ability to train sales teams on relevant tools and techniques.
- Excellent execution and opportunity-identification skills.
- Ability to set targets, identify trends, and read and interpret sales reports.
- Strong sales expertise and ability to develop technical sales skills within the team.
- Demonstrated ability to use digital platforms for sales.
