Educational Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing within an FMCG environment
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in:
- Key Account Management
- Area Sales Management
- Sales Leadership roles
- Valid Auto/Dry 1 Driving License
Required Skills & Competencies
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales practices and Route-to-Market (RTM) principles
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with the determination to achieve sales targets
- Experience using digital sales platforms and tools
- Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Drive sales performance and market execution standards
- Lead and support sales teams to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales trends and market opportunities
- Implement Route-to-Market strategies effectively
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Ensure achievement of revenue and volume targets
