Position: Ascend – Leaders in Training Programme
The Ascend Programme is a structured, high-impact leadership development pathway that equips young graduates with practical exposure, mentorship, and multi-functional experience across CCBA’s operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree completed within the past two years
- Active engagement in extracurricular or leadership activities during university
- Demonstrated track record of success or leadership roles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong command of English
