Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Petrochemical Engineering
Preferred Universities
- Addis Ababa University (AAU)
- Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU)
- Adama Science and Technology University (ASTU)
- Bahir Dar University (BDU)
- University of Gondar (UOG)
- Arba Minch University (AMU)
- Mekelle Institute of Technology (MIT)
- Mizan-Tepi University (MU)
- Unity University (UU)
Graduates from recognized Chinese universities are also highly encouraged to apply.
Academic Requirements
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for male applicants
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 for female applicants
- Strong secondary school and university academic performance is mandatory
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Junior professionals with up to 3 years of experience are also eligible
Technical Skills
Knowledge of the following software is considered an advantage:
- AutoCAD
- AVEVA PDMS
- SmartPlant 3D
- Navisworks
- Revit
- SketchUp
- SolidWorks
- Other similar 3D modeling software
Language Requirements
- Professional English fluency is mandatory
- Basic conversational Chinese is highly advantageous

Additional Requirements
Flexibility
- Willingness to work project-driven overtime
- Willingness to travel abroad for international assignments when required
Service Commitment
- Selected candidates must sign a formal service bond
- Required service period: 3 years
- Service period begins after completion of the 1-year paid training program
