China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is recruiting experienced Engineers, Technicians, Operators, and Foremen for its Road Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Qualified professionals with strong technical expertise and international project experience are encouraged to apply.
Available Positions
1. Road Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of road construction management experience
- Strong knowledge of SATCC road construction standards
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, and related software
- Good English communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Salary: USD 1,500 – 3,000 per month
2. Building Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of building construction experience
- Ability to independently manage construction sites
- Strong understanding of building construction processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
Salary: USD 1,500 – 2,500 per month
3. Survey Engineer
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in road or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong skills in volume calculation and drawing preparation
- Ability to work independently on-site
Salary: USD 1,000 – 2,000 per month
4. Senior Contract Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of construction contract experience
- Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and claims management
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary: USD 2,000 – 3,000 per month
5. Steel Structural Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of road and bridge construction experience
- Strong knowledge of SATCC Road & Bridge Standards
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Good English communication skills
Salary: USD 1,500 – 3,000 per month
6. Bricklayer Foreman
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bricklayer
- Familiar with concrete finishing and on-site casting works
- Ability to independently lead construction teams
- Strong site coordination skills
Salary: USD 500 – 1,500 per month
7. Construction Machinery Maintenance Technician
Requirements:
- Age 25–45, physically fit for overseas work
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction machinery maintenance
- Certification in electrical or hydraulic equipment maintenance
- Ability to work under emergency conditions
- Basic English or Swahili is an advantage
Salary: USD 800 – 1,200 per month
8. Grader Operator
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of motor grader operation experience
- Strong skills in leveling and fine trimming
- Familiar with construction drawings and leveling control
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork spirit
