Position: Call Center Operator
CRS Ethiopia is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to serve as a Call Center Operator. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing hotline communication for feedback and support, particularly within emergency and development contexts.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in a social or natural science discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, especially in NGO call center environments
- Proficient in typing, data entry, and word processing
- Experience with hotline tools including computers, microphones, and headsets
- Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English, Amharic, and Afar-Afar languages is mandatory
