JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Online Teacher Educators Coordinator
- Education : Master’s degrees in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Experience : Minimum of three years of teaching experience at the secondary school level
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor prospective online teacher educators.
- Develop and deliver engaging online teacher education curricula.
- Conduct educational research and contribute to professional development initiatives.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of all teacher training programs.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Foster effective Communication and collaboration among educators.
Key Skills and competencies
Position 2: Business Consultant
Qualification and Experience
- Education : Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze complex business problems.
- Develop and recommend strategic solutions.
- Manage the implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-Solving abilities and a result-oriented approach.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate healthcare providers.
- Ensure patient access to quality healthcare services and support.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) related to medical training.
- Implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among medical staff.

- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery and patient care.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and management skills.

- Commitment to ethical medical practices and patient confidentiality. Licensing and Registration:
- Must be a registered general practitioner in Ethiopia.
Position 4: Online Language Trainers Coordinator
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in language teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage online language training programs.
- Provide support and professional development for online language trainers.
- Ensure student engagement and provide necessary support.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among trainers and students.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure trainer competence.
Language Proficiency
- Teaching Certification: Possession of a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is advantageous, especially for teaching English. Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in online pedagogy and language teaching methodologies.
