Job Description
The Junior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for:
- Providing training and service information to customers via phone, Telegram, and in person
- Supporting daily operations at the customer service counter and call center
- Coordinating with Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and assisting with customer meetings
- Maintaining a positive public image of the company
- Handling customer complaints professionally and calmly
- Recording and tracking customer requests in the company system
- Ensuring confidentiality of all customer information
- Performing general office duties including photocopying and scanning
- Reporting service-related issues to supervisors
- Supporting other tasks assigned by management
