Available Positions and Qualifications
1. Junior Training Coordination
- Education: BA in Business Management, Personnel Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years required
2. Assistant Teacher
- Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Gender: Female applicants only
3. Security Guard (Fiker Askuala Schools)
- Education: 4th Grade Completion
- Gender: Both male and female applicants
4. Cleaner (Fiker Askuala Schools)
- Education: 8th or 10th Grade Completion
- Gender: Female applicants only
5. Secretary (Fiker Askuala Schools)
- Education: Level 3 in Secretary and Office Administration with COC Certificate
- Gender: Female applicants only
6. Store Keeper (Fiker Askuala Schools)
- Education: Level 1 and above with COC Certificate in Store Management or Record Keeping
- Gender: Both male and female applicants
7. Kindergarten Teacher (ዋና መምህር)
- Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Gender: Female applicants only
8. Kindergarten Head Teacher (ርዕሰ መምህርት)
- Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education plus Degree/Diploma in Management
- Gender: Female applicants only
