Position Details
1. Junior Event Organizer
Qualifications:
- BA in Public Relations, Political Science & Public Relations, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities: - Plan and organize corporate events and trainings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor event logistics and execution
2. Supply Chain Officer
Qualifications:
- BA in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Business Management, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities: - Manage procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of products/services
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams
3. Customer Service & IBO Follow-Up Division Head
Qualifications:
- BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities: - Lead customer service and Independent Business Owner (IBO) follow-up teams
- Ensure quality client interaction and issue resolution
- Report performance metrics and improve customer experience
