Available Positions
Position 1: Assistant Teacher
Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience: No prior experience required
Gender: Female only
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in kindergarten classrooms
- Assist with classroom setup and preparation of teaching materials
- Support student learning and supervise children during activities
- Ensure students’ safety, well-being, and academic progress
- Maintain classroom records and communication with parents
- Perform other duties as assigned
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Kindergarten Teacher (Main Teacher)
Education: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Kotebe University)
Experience: No prior experience required
Gender: Female only
Key Skills:
- Patience and enthusiasm for engaging young children
- Creativity and flexibility in teaching methods
- Strong communication skills with children and adults
- Observation and assessment skills to track student progress
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively
