Position Summary: Branch Manager Grade C
Enat Bank is hiring a Branch Manager Grade C for its Aleta Wondo branch. This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving branch performance, managing customer relationships, leading service excellence, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall branch operations and staff performance
- Drive deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and customer acquisition
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and procedures
- Provide mentoring and leadership to customer service and operations teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure top-tier service delivery
- Analyze branch performance and develop improvement strategies
- Oversee branch-level risk management, audit, and reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of relevant experience
- OR BA degree in similar fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking sector
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B, or
- 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
- Proven leadership, client management, and team supervision skills
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making abilities
