AVAILABLE POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS
POSITION 1: NURSE AND RECEPTIONIST
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or higher in Nursing
Experience & Skills:
- Basic computer and front-desk skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in a clinical setting is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and welcome patients
- Manage appointments and answer calls
- Handle payments and basic front-desk tasks
- Take vital signs and assist with clinical procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Support daily operations and ensure a clean workspace
Location: Addis Ababa
POSITION 2: PURCHASING OFFICER
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procurement practices
- Proficient in MS Office and other office suites
- Attention to detail in procurement documentation and contracts
- Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and purchasing data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in market research to support purchasing decisions
Location: Addis Ababa
POSITION 3: OFFICE SECRETARY
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or certificate in secretarial science or related field
Experience & Skills:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience is an advantage
