Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Management
- Related business fields
Work Experience
Fresh graduates from 2024 or 2025 are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or above.

Position 2: Branch Manager I
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in:
- Accounting
- Marketing
- Economics
- Banking and Finance
- Business Administration

Work Experience
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer in the microfinance or financial sector
OR - At least 1 year of direct Branch Manager experience in the microfinance or financial sector.
