Educational Requirements
Applicants should have:
- BA Degree or MBA in:

Experience Requirements
- BA holders: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- MBA holders: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in a microfinance institution, banking, or insurance industry is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies

- Sound knowledge of credit operations, savings mobilization, and branch management.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of interest-free financing principles and products.
