Position: Finance and Administrative Officer
The Finance and Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, employee attendance, payroll preparation, and administrative activities. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, smooth HR operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- More than 1 year of experience in finance and HR administration.
- Proficiency in CNET software, payroll systems, POS management, or other relevant software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource & Administration
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Attendance and overtime management.
- Payroll preparation.
- Grievance and dispute settlement.
- Employee management.
Finance
- Petty cash management.
- Daily sales deposit management and confirmation.
- Payment requests and implementation using CNET software.
- POS database management.
- Bill settlement and system management.
- Shortage and overage justification and management.
